Viewings

We preview properties prior to arranging viewings to discard the clearly inappropriate properties and produce a list of the ones that fit your criteria.

Viewings are organised to suit you and we can often arrange more flexible viewing times than you would normally be offered when searching as an individual.

Sussex Homesearch accompanies you to all viewings and will be there to provide impartial advice and discuss feedback afterwards.

Once the price is agreed, we manage the entire conveyancing process, liaising with the estate agent, your solicitor and mortgage broker if applicable.

In our experience, even after a purchase has been agreed things can potentially go wrong. The period leading up to exchange, and then completion, of the purchase is often stressful for all the parties, not least our clients.
